The responsible renter course is aimed at those of you who are first-time renters as well as those of you who already have rental experience. The purpose of this course is to empower you as a tenant with the knowledge about each step of the rental process, how to build a solid relationship with your landlord and what your rights and responsibilities are as a tenant. The course ends with a Certificate of Completion that attests to your taking the course and passing the quizzes successfully.
